Louise has worked for over 20 years in and around the voluntary and community sectors, holding positions such as Strategic Director of the Gay Healthy Alliance Project, member of the Football Association Tackling Homophobia Advisory Group and, until recently, was Co-President of the European Gay & Lesbian Sports Federation, where she now volunteers as Campaigns Manager. In the sporting world, Louise is a Level 2 Football coach and was the co-founder of Manchester’s LGBT Basketball Club.

Sally Carr has worked at Lesbian and Gay Youth Manchester (LGYM) for 25 years working to ensure LGBT young people are healthy, safe and fulfil their potential whilst learning to love themselves and enjoy life.

Anna is a Level 2 coach in Athletics and in Basketball and has a range of academic and practice interests from Sports Science to European Union Law and Policy. She is currently editor of the LGBT Sports Observatory.

Jen Watts is a freelance designer and communications consultant with a wealth of experience in the LGBT sports sector. She manages the communications for Pride Sports, designs all materials and created this website. Jen plays for Manchester’s only LBT basketball Club and is a huge sports fan.
