Lou has supported our efforts as a sport to engage with the LGBT communities as well as ensuring our sport is more inclusive and welcoming of LGBT people. Lou was central to the Sheffield Eagles Tackle Homophobia match, the Rugby League float at Manchester Pride as well as a range of training programmes delivered across Rugby League.
